The products will be shipped promptly, although their exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed. The moment USPS/FEDEX retrieves the items, we no longer have control over the delivery timeline. Therefore, we advise customers to monitor their shipment and liaise with the shipping carrier for regular updates on the delivery status. Additionally, expedited shipping or package tracking options provided by the carrier may assist in ensuring that the products arrive as quickly and securely as possible.

You will get tracking information from the shipping company to your email.

Shipping costs will vary by package weight and shipping destination. Free standard shipping for all orders over $100.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

USPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.

Palms Pharmacy will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact your shipping carrier.

Items that are shipped cold are stable at room temperature for 5-7 days. If your product arrives warm , it is NOT damaged. They are cold when they leave our facility. Keep all products out of direct sunlight.

Products requiring cold shipping will incur a shipping charge per FEDEX for overnight shipping. Overnight shipping is not free.
