Therefore, we advise customers to monitor their shipment and liaise with the shipping carrier for regular updates on the delivery status. Additionally, expedited shipping or package tracking options provided by the carrier may assist in ensuring that the products arrive as quickly and securely as possible.

Items that are shipped cold are stable at room temperature for 5-7 days. If your product arrives warm , it is NOT damaged. They are cold when they leave our facility. Keep all products out of direct sunlight.
Products requiring cold shipping will incur a shipping charge per FEDEX for overnight shipping. Overnight shipping is not free.
